Boxercise is a workout that combines both exercises and boxing techniques. IT’S FUN, CHALLENGING, EXCITING, AND INFORMATIVE! Participants learn the basic skills of boxing like…the correct stance; the different types of punches; how to defend yourself; etc. You also execute exercises to build stamina, muscle and burn fat.

For the serious athlete
